What is Sunday Playbook?+
A shared Sunday briefing for your church’s volunteer teams. It brings your weekly focus, service flow, events, and team instructions into one published playbook.
Do volunteers need an account?+
No account is required to read a published playbook. Share its link with your volunteers. Team leaders use invitation links to submit their updates; church administrators sign in to manage the plan.
Do we need Planning Center?+
No. The Manual plan is designed for entering service and event information directly. The Connected plan, with release pricing of $24/month, adds imports from supported services. Planning Center Services and Calendar are currently supported. Other integrations are not available yet.
What is Play of the Day?+
It is the one focus you want every team to carry into Sunday. Place it at the top of the playbook so a busy morning’s details stay connected to your church’s purpose.
Is the information private?+
Published playbooks can be read by anyone with the link. Only submit church content suitable for public sharing. Your administrator reviews and publishes the playbook separately. Account credentials and integration tokens are protected and are not published.
