A REVIEWED WEEKLY WORKFLOW
From Integrations, authorize Planning Center for the church you are working in. Check the organization name before choosing your sources.
Select a Services plan, a Calendar source, or both. Review the proposed service items and events before saving anything.
Choose how to handle conflicting edits, missing records, or possible duplicates. Your manual entries and local edits remain part of the review.
Choose your Play of the Day, add a Huddle Message, and gather team leaders’ submitted updates. Review the assembled playbook and publish it separately.
ONE LINK FOR THE VOLUNTEER
Volunteers open the same published link each week without a volunteer account. They can see the Sunday focus, service flow, events, and relevant team instructions in one place.
The playbook is published only when your church is ready. Importing a plan or an event does not publish it.

| Source selection | The import selects one Services plan and one Calendar source at a time. Multi-source setup and other Planning Center products are not currently supported. |

The Connected plan includes Planning Center Services and Calendar imports. Current release pricing is $24/month or $240/year. Planning Center subscriptions are separate. See pricing and subscription details.
No. Administrators manage the connection and publication. Volunteers read the published playbook through its link without creating a volunteer account.
No. An import updates reviewed source information. Assembly and publication are separate, so your church decides when updated content becomes visible.
Your saved information remains available. Follow the connection guidance, reconnect when needed, or continue entering information manually. A church with existing imports must reconnect to the same Planning Center organization.
Yes. The Manual plan lets your church enter service flow and events directly, while collecting leader updates and sharing the same kind of volunteer briefing.
