Usage agreement
Public pilot · Updated October 7, 2026 · Version 2026-10-14-included-assembly. Operated by Lucas Cornwell, operating as Sunday Playbook, in Indiana, USA. These terms describe the current invitation-only pilot. No paid subscription is started by requesting an invitation or creating an account.
Operator and scope
Sunday Playbook is operated by Lucas Cornwell, operating as Sunday Playbook, in Indiana, USA. Contact support@sundayplaybook.com for support, account closure, content concerns, or privacy requests. These public pilot terms cover church administrators, team leaders, and visitors to published playbooks. Church workspace access is by invitation; published playbooks can be viewed without an account. You must have authority to act for your church and permission to provide the material you submit.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate account and leader contact information. Protect passwords and invitation links; a forwarded leader link may give another person access to its assigned forms. Notify support promptly about unauthorized access. Church administrators manage their leaders and decide what to publish. Owner and authorized support staff may access church information to operate the service, investigate issues, and assist the church.
Content is intended for public sharing
Treat all church content entered manually or imported through an API as intended for public sharing. Do not submit confidential information, personal prayer details, access codes, or sensitive security procedures. Administrators review and publish the playbook separately. This applies to service plans, notes, events, descriptions, standing instructions, uploaded branding, and leader answers. A saved draft or an imported record is not automatically published, but it is not a confidential-note facility. Anyone with a published playbook address can read and redistribute its content. Team filters do not restrict access.
Ownership and permissions
You retain your rights in your content. You give Lucas Cornwell, operating as Sunday Playbook, permission to host, store, copy, format, process, and display it as needed to provide Sunday Playbook, including the public playbooks your church publishes and retained archives. You confirm that you have the necessary permissions for names, images, copyrighted material, and other submitted information. This permission does not transfer ownership of church content.
Review, accuracy, and appropriate use
Review the source information and final wording before publication. Your church remains responsible for operational instructions, dates, safety, accuracy, and rights to distribute content. Automated assembly and AI assistance may be inaccurate and does not replace that review. Do not use the service to infringe rights, harass others, distribute malicious code, impersonate another church, or attempt unauthorized access. Sunday Playbook is not an emergency communication service.
Connected services
Connect only accounts you are authorized to use. The Connected plan supports imports from supported third-party services. Planning Center Services and Calendar are the currently supported integrations; other integrations are not available yet. Imports read selected information; Sunday Playbook does not write church edits back to Planning Center. Provider availability, permissions, and limits may affect imports. Sunday Playbook is a separate product from Planning Center and other connected services. Their accounts, permissions, subscriptions, and terms remain separate. Hosting, storage, authentication, email, and AI providers process relevant information as described in our privacy information.
Trial and included assembly
New churches receive a 14-day trial beginning at account creation. A card is required to activate playbook assembly. Playbook assembly and revisions are included with authorized trial or subscription access; no credit balance, per-assembly credit charge, or additional credit purchase is required. Existing pilot and lifetime exemptions remain. Historical credit purchases and account records are retained for support and refund review.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Stripe securely collects your card details. By completing subscription setup, you authorize automatic charges at the selected monthly or annual price after the trial, and each renewal until cancellation. If setup is completed after the trial ends, payment is due at setup. Release prices are Manual $14/month or $150/year and Connected $24/month or $300/year, in USD, locked for the life of the subscription. Regular annual prices are Manual $240 and Connected $375. Annual subscriptions are billed in full each year. Cancel through the billing page before renewal to avoid the next charge. Assembly is unavailable after trial or paid access ends, including when renewal payment is unsuccessful. Saved playbooks remain accessible unless the account is otherwise restricted or closed. Refund requests are handled under the refund policy below. Test-mode checkout does not collect real payments.
Refund requests
For monthly or annual subscription payments and historical extra-credit purchases, email support@sundayplaybook.com with your church name, account email, payment date or receipt reference, and the reason for your request. Do not email full card numbers or security codes. Lucas Cornwell reviews refund requests manually, case by case, including billing errors, service issues, and usage. A request does not guarantee approval; there is no automatic refund or guaranteed refund window. Approved refunds are issued manually through Stripe to the original payment method, with timing depending on Stripe and your bank. Requesting or receiving a refund does not by itself cancel a subscription. Cancel through the billing page to stop future renewals, or contact support for help. We will explain any changes to subscription access or credit balances as part of resolving your request. This policy does not limit refunds or other rights required by applicable law.
Retention and account closure
Ending a church account archives it rather than deleting its information. Its workspace becomes read-only for owner/support, leader access and pending deliveries stop, and public church pages are hidden. Church information, submissions, history, and assigned URLs are retained for support, continuity, and recordkeeping, subject to applicable law and reviewed privacy requests. Retention is not a promise that lost historical data can be recovered. Contact support about exports, corrections, or legally required deletion. External copies, screenshots, and search caches may remain outside our control.
Addresses and publication
A requested church address must be available and absent from the reserved-address list. Former addresses remain reserved; after a rename they redirect for 30 days and then stop linking to the new address. Unpublishing or archiving removes content from our public pages but cannot recall copies already obtained by others.
Availability, suspension, and liability
The public pilot is an early service provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or error-free output. Features may change, and imports, reminders, and email delivery may be delayed or fail. We may restrict access for misuse, security concerns, or legal requirements. To the extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties are disclaimed and Lucas Cornwell, operating as Sunday Playbook, is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the service. Nothing excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Keep independent copies of essential operational information.
Governing law and changes
Indiana law and applicable United States federal law govern this agreement, subject to mandatory rights that cannot be waived. Contact support@sundayplaybook.com first to discuss disputes. Material changes will be identified by a new version and appropriate notice; new paid services require their own disclosed purchase terms.
